As a newly established entrepreneurial hub in Miami, The Source faced the challenge of managing three distinct brands, each with unique goals and target audiences, all needing a clear and cohesive brand identity. Yansy Media stepped in to deliver a strategic brand refresh, crafting tailored content marketing strategies for each platform to resonate with their specific audiences and boost brand awareness.
In addition, Yansy Media played a pivotal role in coordinating Miami’s first Startup World Cup (SWC), a pitch competition that gave the winner a chance to win $1,000,000 and attracted an audience of over 400 attendees.
By revitalizing Tech Tuesdays, an inactive community, and fostering engagement through social media management, Yansy Media successfully expanded the network to thousands of active members, solidifying The Source's brand.
